owned for about 1 year – wheels are bending
I thought that i was getting a really great stroller, at first I was happy with it. But now that i have used it for a while my daughter is only 14 months old, the strollers front wheels are bending inward, they get stuck when you try and turn them. I am very unhappy with this stroller. Althought i bought it about a year ago, i live where the winters are rough, so i have only used it about 6 months and it is already breaking.
Not look as good as it shows in the picture
We bought this stroller in March 2010. We think Chicco is a nice brand and the stroller should be high quality too. However it’s not what we thought when we opened the arrived package. The fabric for this stroller does NOT feel good, hard, brittle and cardboard like. The wheels are easy to skid. We need to use it for travel, so we didn’t return it.
Well, there is one good thing about the stroller. It is very easy to set up.
Wonderful Stroller! Great for toddlers!!
I am a second time mom and we have been through all kinds of strollers full size, umbrella, lightweight-you name it. This is by far the best stroller I have ever owned. I wish I would have bought this sooner!
Our daughter is 20 months old and extremely tall for her age. for the first year and a half of her life we used our Chicco Trevi stroller, which we loved. But we used it so hard that the wheels started to go bad and the steering was bad, ect… So several months ago I bought a “dream on me” stroller-HUGE mistake. I hated it, plus she was too big to fit in it! I did tons of research and finally choose this one and I LOVE IT. It’s lightweight, folds wonderfully, pushes like a dream, our daughter fits in it with no problem and is confortable and the sun shade covers so much, it’s amazing. I even like the size of the basket. I do not kick the wheels of this stroller when we walk, which is why I could no longer use the dream on me stroller that I bought-I kicked the wheels every time I used it!
I would recommed this stroller to anyone who asks, it is great. You won’t be sorry if you buy this!
I love this stroller!
Okay, we first purchased the City Classic jogging stroller and the frame stroller to use with our Peg Perego car seat. The City Classic is huge and rather cumbersome, especially with our car seat in it. The frame stroller was super convenient, but our dear child hates the car seat now, so we really ran out of options and were desperately trying to find a stroller that a: wasn’t huge; b: wasn’t super expensive; and c: that we could use for an infant without a car seat.
This stroller is really smooth and our daughter seems to love it as well.
The canopy/sunshade is kind of annoying b/c it gets connected (via a zipper), but only when the seat is sitting upright. Otherwise it just kind of hangs out. Even though the canopy is kind of wonky, I still give it 5 stars b/c everything else about it rocks.
Worth Every Penny
I wanted to find a stroller that was lightweight and easy to maneuver. This is both. It’s a lot lighter than other strollers out there and it has a convenient side strap so it’s easy to carry. Easy to open and close and reclines all the way back so you can use it for newborns as well. The 5 point harness is great. The storage bottom can be removed and used as a backpack which is quite convenient. I am 5′9″, and most stroller handles are low so they were hard on my back. These are higher so I do not have to hunch over. When shopping the wheels turn with ease and never get stuck or skip. Wheels can also be locked when going over tough terrain. Got the blue and color is bright and vibrant. For more info check out the youtube video by kiddicare. Mine did not come with a rain cover or the stroller cover. But I love it.
